Help
Desk Technicians can resolve most operating system or software issues
remotely. For issues that cannot be resolved remotely an On Site
Technician can be dispatched. The Help Desk supports most Windows
operating systems and software at hourly rates (click here for flat
rate standard services).
The current Remote Help Desk rate for customers WITHOUT a Syllogistics Maintenance Agreement is $85 per hour.
The current Remote Help Desk rate for customers WITH a Syllogistics Maintenance Agreement is $65 per hour.
- Remote Help Desk works with most PCs built within the last 4 years
- Must have a working high speed internet connection
- Operating system Windows 98SE or greater
For retail customers or customers without a current Syllogistics Maintenance Agreement :
- Call 877-770-9134 and speak with a Help Desk Technician. They will help assess what service is right for you.
- The Technician will walk you through the process of connecting to
the secure Help Desk Technical Assistance Center. The Technician will
remain on the phone with you to answer any questions as the service is
performed.
- At the end of your service the Technician will review the procedure
they performed, disconnect from your computer, and arrange for payment.
For customers with a current Syllogistics Maintenance Agreement :
- Call 877-770-9134 and speak with a Help Desk Technician.
- The Technician will connect to your computer (no download
necessary), and can remain on the phone if you like. Most clients
prefer to have the Technician resolve the issue and contact them when
complete.
- At the end of the service the Technician will disconnect from your
computer. You'll receive a summary of the work performed with your
monthly invoice.

The session is completely secure. All Help Desk
sessions are protected by 128-bit
encryption. Each session is a one-on-one interaction between you and
the Technician.
Syllogistics
guarantees our remote services for five days. If there is a problem
with the service we provided and you notify us within the stated time
period, we will work to remedy your problem quickly and at no
