We keep your desktop and laptop computers secure and up to date by installing the latest security patches and feature enhancements. A completely remote solution using no on-site technician keeps your workforce productive and on task.

How It Works

A Syllogistics Maintenance Appliance is installed at your facility, allowing technicians remote access to desktop and laptop computers on your network. The Maintenance Appliance is the platform from which we deploy security patches and feature enhancements, perform remote monitoring, and provide Help Desk services.

Deployments are normally scheduled outside of working hours to prevent system downtime and keep disruptions to a minimum.

System Requirements

Operating Systems: Microsoft Windows XP Professional or 2000 Professional
Internet Connection: DSL, Cable, or other always on broadband with static IP
Local Network: Industry standard 10/100/1000 ethernet or wireless
Local Facility: Secure location for the Maintenance Appliance (110v power, connection to local network & internet)
System Condition:
Workstations must be in good operating order; no viruses, file corruption, spyware, or similar issues.
