Software Maintenance Software Maintenance

We distribute software and software updates to every computer in your entire organization! Workstations, laptops, and servers are outfitted to your organizations' software standards and policies, quickly and without interruption to your workforce. With Software Maintenance, computers are set up the way they should be, ensuring maximum control and security of the network environment. Our Self Healing Software Installations keep themselves configured - no matter what accidental or unauthorized changes end users may make.

How It Works

We create a customized installation of your software using specifications developed by you and our Software Engineers. Customized installations typically revolve around delivering pre-configured applications, so there is no required user setup or user customization. We can then deploy updates and configuration changes quickly (typically within two business days of a change notice), so your workforce is using the most up to date software and configuration available.

Our Self Healing applications take the customization process one step further. We can develop a customized installation that is reinstalled every time a user logs in to their workstation (or even every time a user runs the application!), ensuring they have a clean, working version of the software they need. This quick and quiet reinstallation makes sure issues like file corruption and software misconfiguration are a thing of the past.

Our Software Engineers research and test your software distributions to prevent conflicts and usability issues, as well as tailoring software deployments to your system components and requirements. Updates and installations are normally scheduled outside of working hours to prevent system downtime and keep disruptions to a minimum.

Rates and Pricing

Software Maintenance is priced on a per title basis, and pricing is determined by complexity of installation. Pricing is typically presented as a monthly addition to your Workstation or Server Maintenance Agreement. System Requirements

Operating Systems: Microsoft Windows XP Professional or 2000 Professional
Internet Connection: DSL, Cable, or other always on broadband with static IP
Local Network: Industry standard 10/100/1000 ethernet or wireless
Local Facility: Secure location for the Maintenance Appliance (110v power, connection to local network & internet)
