Usually, the easiest way to resolve this problem is to reset the password. However, if there are encrypted files in the under the user’s account, they will be deleted. If you would like to reset it, you can use this utility known as Offline NT Password % Registry Editor. http://home.eunet.no/~pnordahl/ntpasswd.
